These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Mission Hills Water Damage Pros. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Information, not professional advice
The pages and blog posts on this site are general information about water damage and mold. They are not legal, insurance, engineering, medical or building-code advice. Every property and loss is different, so confirm specifics with the right professional or agency.
Statements about insurance are general. Your policy and your insurer decide coverage, and nothing here promises that a claim will be approved. Health questions about mold belong to your physician.
Services and calls
Service is arranged by phone. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Scope, price and schedule are explained before work starts, and any work is subject to the agreement made with the crew that performs it.
Response times vary with demand, location and conditions. We do not promise an arrival time, and a same-day response is offered when a crew is available.
Site content and links
The content of this site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to the business or its licensors, and you may view it for personal use. Do not copy it for commercial purposes without permission. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Limits of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on the information on this site, or from interruptions of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may change these terms from time to time. The date of the current version is October 27, 2026. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
